Hi! I'm Michael Sova, and I would like to welcome you to the Serra Traverse City website. As a sales consultant for the dealership, you can rely on me for quality customer service. I take the time to listen to my guests' needs and always work in their best interests. My colleagues and friends know me as someone with a light-hearted attitude and a genuine passion for making others laugh. I am proud and honored to help my customers find the perfect vehicle, which is likely the second most significant investment they will make in their lives. I grew up in Traverse City, Michigan, and love working for our incredible community. I attended Northwestern Michigan College for Business Administration. My skills include great leadership, being easy to work with, and a skilled communicator and problem-solver. When it comes to my free time, I enjoy golfing, camping, hiking, paddling and watching football. I am always striving to be the master of my craft and improve the customer sales experience.
