My motto is: “Customer service is everything!” I take pride in being an honest person who can get along with just about anyone. Proud of the high customer service marks I have received throughout my 30+ year career in the auto industry. I started working for my father, and have continued to thrive in this business. I attended Hart High School and the Masters College. Outside of the dealership, I love to spend time with my wife, Patti, and my 3 amazing children. My hobbies and interests include basketball, writing music, traveling, and watching sports – go Lakers!

I always appreciate John answering my many questions, respectfully and patiently. He makes sure I fully understand what the right repair for my VW is and why it is necessary.
