My motto is: “Customer service is everything!” I take pride in being an honest person who can get along with just about anyone. Proud of the high customer service marks I have received throughout my 30+ year career in the auto industry. I started working for my father, and have continued to thrive in this business. I attended Hart High School and the Masters College. Outside of the dealership, I love to spend time with my wife, Patti, and my 3 amazing children. My hobbies and interests include basketball, writing music, traveling, and watching sports – go Lakers!

Incredibly nice person, very transparent and clear with the process and everything involved. Responsive to text messages and helped me out when he saw the need. John Fyfe is the best. Serra VW in Traverse City, Michigan, is lucky to have him. Serra is so much better than the old VW dearlership in Travesre City. It is awesome to not have to drive to Grand Rapids for excellent VW sales and service. Keep up the good work!

All we can say is John always gets things done, we appreciate him! He’s so congenial, thorough & on point! We had a slight issue yesterday ( no fault of theirs) & John ( with the mechanic whom was working on the maintenance of our Jetta); made a decision on the solution for the problem, and it worked fabulously!
