I joined the auto industry over ten years ago, and have enjoyed working in the body shop department. Before that, I served in the US Navy for almost five years. As a Body Shop Manager at Serra Traverse City, I stress the importance of hard work and excellent customer service to my team. It feels great to put a smile on our customers’ faces time and time again. I believe in providing professional, friendly, and fair service to every guest. Outside of the dealership, I enjoy spending family time with my daughter and son; they keep me on my toes, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I also enjoy anything related to motorcycles.
